Custom and personalised orders

I love having the opportunity to create personalised orders for you - to make the process as smooth and as quick as possible, please do ensure all the information provided is correct and double check for any spelling errors.

I will print the details exactly how they have been provided and, unfortunately, I can not offer refunds or returns on custom or personalised products.

On any listing where personalisation is available, please contact me with your personalisation after ordering. Due to the hand-written nature of some prints, the 'font' may appear slightly different on the final product. However, colours will be printed exactly as they appear on the example shown.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to reduce unnecessary waste as much as possible when working on items for my shop and this includes the packaging.

I have recently decided to sell my greeting cards "naked", which means they will not be delivered in a cellophane pocket or with an order receipt - this is to reduce the use of plastic and unnecessary waste.

This is the same with unframed prints. and instead, to protect your items, they will wrapped in tissue paper and, in most cases, delivered in a cardboard envelope, which are both fully recyclable.

This is an area I am continuously working on and there are still areas that will need improvement. I am always thinking about how to create a more sustainable and eco-friendly business and the packaging has been a focus of each collection.

Shipping and dispatch

I will continue to post orders out on a regular or daily basis if required and all my postage is purchased online to reduce contact going to shops and Post Offices. If your order is urgent, you can contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

UK orders are sent standard 2nd class unless otherwise specified. 2nd class aims to be delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch of my studio. Other options are included on some listings if you require delivery sooner.

I have taken the decision to not offer International Shipping for my products at the moment and for the foreseeable future. With the world the way it is at the moment, there were too many delays and I hate to leave customers feeling disappointed after ordering from me.

These are times advised by Royal Mail and I am not responsible for delays after dispatch.

Cancellations

After ordering, you are more than welcome to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours, providing the item has not already been started or dispatched.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Any order that has been placed during a promotional period, will be processed at that value and any free gift received will also need to be returned.

Please do contact me if there is anything you need to discuss about an order placed, I will do my best to accommodate your situation.

If there is something you are not happy with once you have received your order, then I will always try to resolve the issue with you first-hand!
